Care Ministry
Jesus said, "By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another" (John 13:35).
Our Care Ministry "cares" for all those who walk through our doors on Sunday morning, including first time attendees. They serve as greeters, ushers, refreshment bar attendees, etc. They collect information from first time attendees; distribute appropriate resources to those attendees and then follow-up with them during the coming week.
Family Ministry
Jesus said, "Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these" (Matthew 19:14).
Our Family Ministry ministers to the families, traditional and non-traditional, of our church and our community. The Family Ministry is divided into two groups: preschool-5 grade and their families and 6-12 grade and their families. Those involved in this ministry serve in a variety of capacities.
SERVE Ministry
Jesus said, "Lift up your eyes and look on the fields, that they are white for harvest" (John 4:35).
Our SERVE Ministry is about collecting the harvest. Those involved spread the "Good News" of Jesus Christ throughout our community through various acts of service, with the intention of connecting the people living there to Christ and to His church.
Prayer Ministry
Jesus said, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you" (Matthew 7:7).
Our Prayer Ministry is one of the driving forces of our church. A collective prayer gathering is held weekly on Sundays prior to the 10:45 am worship service. We also ask all of our people individually on their own time to pray daily for the concerns of our church and our community. We have an intercessory prayer team(s) to connect with and pray for any people experiencing unusual stress, illness, loss of job, etc.
Worship Ministry
Jesus said, "God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth" (John 4:24).
Our Worship Ministry is Spirit-led. Those involved are responsible for the planning, preparation and implementation of Sunday morning worship services and worship special events. They serve in the areas of music, creative arts, etc.
