We live to love: God and people.

We believe that love, along with the presentation of the Gospel, by the power of the Holy Spirit will convict, convert, challenge and change lives.

To go and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything Christ commanded.

Living Stones Fellowship will reach out to non-believers and the "dechurched" people of our community, our country and our world: connecting them to Christ and to His church.

Imagine a place free from judgment, discrimination, envy and bitterness.

Imagine a place of love and acceptance.

At this place an 18 year old with tattoos and body piercings serves next to a 70 year old with Osteoporosis and knee-highs.

At this place a black man holds hands with his white wife as they worship together.

At this place a recovering alcoholic leads a successful lawyer to the Lord.

It is a place where people of all ages, races, income levels and backgrounds come together to worship the God who created all, loves all and desires to know all.

1. Authentic

We are not interested in "doing" church, just going through the motions, but we are very interested in "being" the Church: the arms, legs, hands and feet of Christ. We understand that the church, in a number of ways, has become too civilized and we want to begin to live unruly, barbaric, "lay it all on the line" lives for Christ. The world cannot contain us, nor can anyone or anything tame us. We are sold-out to the Savior and we are NOT ashamed. We want to be "real" and desire to help others be "real" as well. We want to love, encourage and teach people rather than just preach at them, helping them to discover who God has created them to be and not pressuring them to be something they are not.

2. Bible Based

We are devoted to the teaching of God's Word, as it is the source of knowledge, wisdom and absolute truth. We hope to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a relevant way that will enable people to take it and apply it to their lives. While our methods may change, the Message will never change.

3. Community Centric

We want to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of people in and around our community. We want to bridge the gap that exists between church and community by getting involved in the local neighborhoods, schools and businesses. We want to create an environment for people in our community that does not look, smell, sound, feel or even taste like the "church" as they misunderstand it, but at the same time totally is, and invite those people to hangout there whenever they want.

4. Disciplined

We desire to "know" God and because we desire to "know" Him, we will live lives characterized by obedience. We will remain in constant communication with the Father, relying on Him for guidance and discernment. Everyone is filled with awe because God shows up and many wonders and miraculous signs are done. We worship God because He is worthy of worship and because we recognize that it is only by His grace that we are where we are.

5. Evangelical

We are joining up with the movement that has been going on since the creation of the world, the restoration of relationship between God and His creation. Our fuel is Kingdom growth. We desire to seek and save that which is lost. The Lord adds to our number daily, not because of who we are or what we have done, but because of who He is and because of what He has done, by grace, through us.

6. Family Focused

In order to preserve the family, we "do" as a family. We spend time together. We invite one another into our homes. When conflict arises we handle it in a manner pleasing to God. We are a church that supports one another through the good times and the bad. We quickly and uninhibitedly give up our own "stuff" to help those who are in need. We meet together on a regular basis for reasons of accountability. We love one another sincerely.
